Online Rehab Program
Whether you prefer to undergo rehabilitation at home or at a gym, we will provide you with a personalised weekly plan to ensure that you know precisely what steps to take throughout your journey towards recovery
Hands on treatments
After undergoing a significant procedure, face-to-face appointments can significantly aid in your recovery. Whether you require scar tissue work, general alleviation of tightness, or rehabilitation assistance, these sessions can serve as a major boost to your healing process. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose the frequency of these sessions, whether it be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or according to your preference.
Running Protocol
As you progress towards a certain stage of your recovery, it becomes crucial to gradually increase the load on your knee. Our running protocol, which has been successfully implemented with professional football players, is a specialised program meticulously designed to facilitate your progression.
Zoom Progress Calls & WhatsApp availability
Our progress calls have multiple applications tailored to your specific scenario. They serve as an effective means of keeping in touch to discuss any queries regarding your rehabilitation or to clarify any exercises that may be unclear. This option is particularly useful for clients who are not located in the same vicinity as us.
We also offer direct messaging availability via WhatsApp, where you can quickly seek assistance for anything related to your rehabilitation. This includes asking questions about running, sending videos of rehab exercises for evaluation, or even engaging in general conversation if you are feeling dispirited about your injury.
Gym Rehab/Strength & Conditioning
A pivotal aspect of your program encompasses the integration of gym rehabilitation and strength and conditioning training. We offer face-to-face sessions in a private gym located in Wokingham, where we can collaborate closely to ensure that your rehabilitation and form are optimized to perfection. These sessions may entail your rehabilitation program exclusively, or they may encompass other forms of training through a personalized, one-on-one personal training session designed to enhance your overall fitness.
Pitch Sport-Specific Training
Upon completing the running protocol and passing the requisite tests, it is crucial to progress through sport-specific movements to ensure a safe return to your athletic activities. This progression typically involves targeted exercises such as agility drills, running biomechanics, speed work, ball handling skills, and contact drills - all customized according to your sport and individual needs. With our tailored approach, we ensure that you are equipped with the necessary skills and physical aptitude to excel in your sport with renewed confidence.
